Since 1st November 2017, TQM Bohemia s.r.o. has offered a new service, Outsourcing – Shared services centre. It is an Outsourcing service of Purchasing processes – production (PM) and non-production (NPM) material, supplier management, supplier quality management and R&D.
How does it work?
After a framework contract is concluded for a defined time period, you transfer your processes of Purchasing, supplier management, supplier quality management and R&D to our Shared services centre (Centrum sdílených služeb) located in Kyjov. Where our experienced Buyers, ASQ Supply quality engineers (project), SQA (series), SQD (development of suppliers) and designer engineers carry out delegated activities.
Our team perform activities with experiences in a wide range of commodities (Rubber Parts, Plastics, Metals, Thermo Parts, Electrical Parts, Castings, Machined Parts, Welded Parts, Lighting Equipment, Leather, Fabrics, Packaging, Paints and Chemistry, Customer-nominated Parts, etc.).
Main job content of each of the positions:
ASQ – Supplier Quality Project Engineer:
- Customer requirement transfer to supplier (PRF – Product Requirement File)
- RFQ process – demand process – with the assistance of the Buyer
- APQP for new parts, Feasibility Commitment
- PPAP Sampling for new parts
- Run@Rate
SQA – Serial Supplier Quality Enginee:
- Complaint process – complaints to the supplier (8D reports)
- Production audits (VDA 6.5), retraining of serial parts
- Supplier audits (VDA 6.3)
- Supplier escalation process – with the assistance of SQD
SQD – Supplier Quality Development Engineer:
- Supplier audits (VDA 6.3, Potential analyses P1 – VDA 6.3)
- Supplier strategy developmenent
- Conclusion of QAA (QUALITY ASSURANCE AGREEMENT)
- VRS Supplier assessment (VENDOR RATING SYSTEM)
- Supplier escalation process – TOP WORST SUPPLIER
- Supplier training
Design engineers:
- Drawing documentation creation based on 3D data
- Editing 3D data as required
- Providing 3D printing
- Moldflow analysis and others
